SAYER Technologies has a great knowledge of the automotive sector, with a multitude of projects and installations of special machinery and assembly lines for components such as hinges, retainers, steering tubes, hand brakes, silent blocks, airbags, forward and power steering gear motors, clipping of plastic trims as well as dimensional control stations for gearbox forks, leakage control stations and a large number of welding tools for components. We work very closely with our customers, establishing a relationship of trust that allows us to implement the best solution for each project.

SAYER Technologies develops the best solutions for the manufacturing processes of artificial wrapping, creating turnkey projects, and adapting to the needs and characteristics of the product of each client. We develop complete engineering plans for the execution of global on-site projects, as well as the necessary equipment and machinery -- from extrusion equipment, to wrapper manufacturing lines, additive supply systems, and winding systems, in addition to machinery for subsequent processes such as pleating and knotting of sticks.
